Reviews
Send review requests to customers when a job is complete and collect ratings and feedback in one place. Responses are stored in Servelo so you have a running record of satisfaction and can act on issues quickly.
How it works
From any completed ticket, send the customer a review request email. The email contains a link to a short feedback form where the customer can leave a star rating and optional comments.
Completed reviews appear in Reviews in the sidebar. Each review shows the star rating, comments, the linked ticket, and the customer who submitted it.
Sending a review request
Open a completed ticket and use the Send Review Request action. The customer receives a branded email with a link to the feedback form. You can customize the email message under Settings > General.
The review form
Customers click the link in the email and land on a branded review page at /review/{token}. The page shows your org name and logo. They can select a star rating (1โ5) and leave a written comment before submitting.
After submitting, they are redirected to a thank-you page. Each link is single-use. Submitting once closes the form.
Viewing reviews
All submitted reviews are listed under Reviews in the sidebar (admin only). The list shows:
- Star rating
- Customer name and email
- Linked ticket number and title
- Date submitted
- Written feedback
You can filter by star rating to quickly surface negative or outstanding feedback.
